The Real Cookbook is an edible lasagne cookbook designed by German design studio Korefe, as a special project for a publishing house.

Made of fresh pasta dough, the Real Cookbook is imprinted with a classic lasagne recipe that you can follow, to layer the pages with ingredients, sprinkle cheese, etc. And finally, the “lasagne cookbook” is meant to be baked and eaten! What a cool edible design concept!

Dutch student Niels Datema has simplified the process of bread making with the creation of Bread Spoons. They are a set of five ceramic vessels which are sized accordingly to measure out the right amount of water, flour, oil, yeast and sugar, to bake a loaf of bread. I like the simple combination of ceramics with wood, and the labeling on each wooden handle.

Spotted these adorable items at Jonathan Adler and couldn’t resist sharing them here. Shown here (clockwise from top-left) are, horoscope key fob – so bright and cheery you’ll have no problem locating your keys; the white rope tote, a chic canvas weekender that is top on my list of wants. The next cool find is a unique petit point pencil case that you will want to show around. How can any girly-at-heart not go “awww” at the pink Vespa jute pounch? (Well, I did! Oh, and you’ve got to see the blue trunks pounch too.) And finally, a set of cute dachshund bookends that will not only look good in the kids’ study, but also anywhere in the house for that sweet pink accent!

I’m especially fond of the fur-like fringe shoulder bag, which is available in five different colors.

Raoul takes us back to the ’60s with its Cruise 2012 collection. A Singapore-based fashion label, whose previous seasons were also ’60s and ’70s inspired, it has updated its current collection with a blend of modern sleekness and groovy vibe.

The sporty chic collection features smart tailored pleated skirts, pants, and shorts, summer breezy dresses, leather blouses and jackets. The fresh color palette includes bright orange, navy, deep green, beige, brown, white, grey, gold and metallic sheen. I’m smitten by the iconic ’60s clear circle-shaped totes, and plastic/leather combo bucket bags.

A unique alphabet necklace created by the Dutch-Japanese duo Study O Portable in London, as part of their ongoing study into types. Each alphabet is hand-carved from a 3/4 inch beechwood dowel, and attaches to a chain. It may also be strung into a decorative wall garland.
